These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in our driving lessons. By booking a lesson or using our site, you agree to abide by these terms.
Booking & Payments
Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
Payment must be made prior to the lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
Package deals are valid for a set period (e.g., 6 months) and are non-transferable.
Cancellations & Refunds
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of that lesson credit.
Refunds for unused lessons may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been taken.
Driving Lesson Conduct
Pupils must hold a valid provisional driving licence.
Instructors reserve the right to terminate a lesson if the pupil is unfit to drive (e.g. due to alcohol, drugs, or health issues).
Lessons are conducted in accordance with DVSA regulations.
Liability
We are not liable for any personal injury or vehicle damage unless caused by our instructors’ negligence. All instructors are fully ADI certified and insured.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
